Dan ILIOVICI, former senior vice president for Rombet, becomes ONJN president


Rombet announces the appointment of Mr. Dan Iliovici as President of the National Gambling Office, (ONJN) by decision of the Prime Minister of Romania, Mr. Sorin Mihai Grindeanu, March 23rd , 2017.

We believe the appointment of Mr. Dan Iliovici, who was senior vice president and executive director of Rombet, to be an inspired choice: a very good professional, connected to the industry's problems, a promoter of the consolidation of the gaming industry, both on the business level, as well as the legislative one.

We also want to thank President Odeta Nestor for all her activity and we are convinced that Mr. Iliovici will continue to provide a balance of dialogue, co-participation and involvement in the smooth development of the sector.

The appointment of Mr. Dan Iliovici is in effect starting with the date of the Government Decision no. 301 of March 23rd, 2017 and was published in the Official Gazette no. 203, Part I.
