Another look at BEGE Expo 2017


BEGE Expo 2017 attracted over 5 000 vistitors and profesionals from Eastern Europe including Georgia and Cyprus, UK, Italy, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary and USA. This year BEGE Expo went under the slogan “Bulgaria – the technology hub of the Balkans” and over 80 companies from 20 countries presenting their latest solutions and product portfolio.

BEGE Awards 2017
On 23 November was held the official BEGE Awards 2017 ceremony. Among the companies who were honored were Zitro, NOVOMATIC, Casino Technology, Euro Games Technology, Intergames (with Konami), Interblock, Abbiati, BetConstruct, NYX Gaming Group, Advansys, Bet3000, Suzohapp, Change Italia, Innovative Technology, Quixant, Fininvest and Alberici.

StartUp Challenge
The StartUp Zone gave a tribune to the young entrepreneurs. During the Gaming Startup Challenge they presented their novelties in front of the jury. The 1st place in the contest for startup companies in the gaming field won Zebra Digital. The 2nd place was for Football Chat AI and the 3rd place went for the video game of Incineration Productions.

Bulgarian State Commission on Gambling
The second day concluded with the traditional discussion between operators and representatives of the Bulgarian State Commission on Gambling, where were discussed the latest trends and regulatory changes in the industry from the past year.

During the organizers' party, Miss Gaming BEGE 2017 final was held. The winner was the beautiful Aleksandra Peyovich, representative of the Admiral gaming hall.
